We are reborn many times in life

After a serious illness

After surviving hopelessness

After recovering from the challenges of life

Marriage can be a rebirth

Allowing yourself to be more of who you are

Becoming a mother is a rebirth

Into a world where mothering will dominate for a long time 

Achieving your dreams can be a rebirth

Arriving at the shore of what you have strived for 

In the same manner, death is a rebirth

Being born into the world of spirit

The essential part of who we are

A glorious spiritual world awaits us

This is the most important rebirth of our lives

Changing times

We are meant to create ours continuously 

Different periods of life bring different opportunities 

One needs to examine the road one’s on

 

Change can be unsettling but interesting 

It’s a necessity most of the time 

It’s the death of what has been

And the birth of what’s to come 

 

I’m going through a period of rebirth

Trying different clothes on for size

It may take me a while 

Till I find what I’m looking for

But I’m on the path

Taking a good look around

I needed a new wardrobe
New clothes representing
A new me, a rebirth

After major upheavals one needs to
Mark the occasion, learn the lessons
And try to forge meaning from what was

Sometimes we can’t explain everything
Some mystery remains
But that is part of the condition of this life

I look forward more than I look behind me
I try to put my energy in new projects, new beginnings
And celebrate the coming of spring
